When you arrive at each session, you will need to check in at the front desk with one of the organisers of the club.
The general sign in procedure at each session is as follows:
- Register your attendance
- Pay your session fee
- Find your name tag and place it on the waiting side of the playing board
- If the games haven't already started, feel free to have a warm up on the courts.
For newcomers to the club, you will also have to sign an indemnity form.
If you leave the club early, please let one of the organisers at the front desk know so that we can schedule the games accordingly.
In general, if you're leaving early:
- Advise that you are leaving before the next round of games are made up.
- Take your name off the playing board.
